Star Wars models for DAZ
Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.

***ITEM DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION***
Up for auction is this great Star Wars Custom Starfighter professionally crafted from the 1989 Hasbro GI JOE COBRA Stellar Stiletto.
The Stiletto was customized with new paint, a dirty wash, wear markings and custom-made stickers. Painted with enamels and Vallejo acrylics.
The Stiletto is in New Custom Condition and features opening cockpit with seating for one 3 3/4 inch figure. Also features 4 removable missiles and rotating chin cannon.
Backstory Fan Fiction:
Several years prior to the Clone Wars, the Jedi felt a growing need for a fast, maneuverable, mass-produced one-pilot starfighter to better police the increasingly tense Republic.
This need led to a commission by the Jedi Council appointed to Kuat Systems Engineering.
This starfighter was the first completed prototype presented to Jedi representatives.
It was nicknamed “Stiletto” by the designers due to its dagger-like appearance.
It was test-flown by Jedi Master Adi Gallia who found the ship's speed and armament to be very impressive but the maneuverability to be lacking.
Also, she brought to the designer's attention that the Jedi were more interested in settling disputes peacefully without aggressiveness.
The “Stiletto's” outwardly warlike appearance would not be appreciated. Due to these factors, the Jedi passed on this particular design.
This led to the later, more refined versions of the model and finally to the familiar and widely-used Delta-7 Aethersprite Jedi Starfighter.
Once the Galaxy-wide Clone Wars had begun, all the fighters available to the Republic were needed for service.
The “Stiletto” prototype model then found its place in the forefront of many battles.
As the markings and wear indicate, the “Stiletto” saw action throughout the Clone Wars until it was shot down and abandoned in the final days of the Republic.
Later, it was found, repaired and put into service by the always resourceful Rebellion.
Now, much like the Millennium Falcon, it is a relic that is always underestimated and capable of holding its own with the technologically superior crafts of the Empire.

There's a Stiletto Starfighter in Metroid, too.
